Volume 1, Issue 1 (April 2012): Our first issue is online only, and intended both as an advertisement for the standard of our writers, designers and photographers, and a demonstration to advertisers of our capacity to put together the magazine. We filled the advertising spaces with free ads from charities and small local businesses that we felt were worthy of our support, and cut four pages of ads from the final intended length of the magazine to make it more readable as an online entity. We’re also extremely proud of the content, which in this case was put together almost entirely in house:
